Nijhuis Engineering Dronten BV is a specialist in electronic safety devices, limits, weighing technology and controls. Their product range includes crane safety devices, adjustments for aerial work platforms and remote controls for various machines. In order to extend the lifespan of heavy machinery and make it suitable for emission-free use in the field, we developed a battery pack together with the Nijhuis Engineering team. This pack complies with VDA guidelines and uses high-quality NMC prismatic cells. This innovative solution guarantees reliable performance and optimum safety in demanding environments.

An important feature of these battery packs is that they are interchangeable on construction sites. Since this is retrofitting, a standard pack often does not fit. The battery pack from Power Battery is designed to fit perfectly into existing systems. In addition, the pack is developed in such a way that it fits neatly under the hood of the machine. This has the major advantage that the battery packs are not in full sun during the summer months. Lifespan and safety are always paramount when we develop a pack.
