Engineering/prototyping
Our team of engineers will assist you with every aspect of your project, from assessing energy needs and selecting the optimal cell type to ensuring you meet all safety standards, while always keeping a close eye on the seamless integration of the battery pack into your application.
From architecture to cell chemistry
In engineering phase we translate the concept design into a technical and functional design. Our experienced engineers analyze and optimize every aspect, from the architecture to the choice of cell chemistry and the required performance for cooling and heating. With advanced tools and simulations we guarantee that the design meets the highest quality standards.
After the engineering phase we build a functional prototype that accurately replicates the intended function and performance. We test and evaluate the design extensively and adjust it where necessary. This iterative approach allows us to address any shortcomings in a timely manner, before we proceed to production. You will receive a detailed design, tailored to your unique application.
Production
After careful engineering, prototyping and testing, it is time for production: the assembly of your unique package. In this phase we bring together all components and materials to bring your vision to life.
Our team of skilled craftsmen follow strict quality controls and procedures to ensure consistent and accurate production. Each component is carefully inspected and tested to meet the highest standards.
We guarantee efficient and accurate production, without compromising on quality. Ultimately, this results in a high-quality end product that is fully tailored to your specific needs and requirements.
We build smaller series completely at our location in Nuenen. For larger series we work together with socially oriented parties from the region. Power Battery develops its modules and packages in such a way that colleagues with a distance to the labor market are perfectly able to support in the production. Final assembly, bringing to voltage and the quality tests are always carried out by our specialists in Nuenen.
