Optimal temperature control
Our unique liquid cooling technology ensures that the temperature of the battery cells constant remains, even with prolonged high discharge. By optimally guiding the cooling through the entire battery pack, the temperature increase of the cooling water is limited to only half a degree Celsius.
For comparison, with a Tesla this increase is 5 degrees Celsius.
This means our batteries are more efficient and reliable, with the outside temperature of the cells remaining around 55 degrees, well within the supplier's specifications.
Safety and reliability
In addition to excellent cooling performance, we pay a lot of attention to the electrical safety of our battery packs. With the increasing voltages of drivetrains, now often between 700 and 800 volts, safety is a top priority. Our systems are equipped with advanced safety systems and insulation to ensure they are safe and reliable, even at high voltages.
